In 1972 ...John Ton (pronounced "TUNN"), still in high school, crafted his first hand-lettered sign. Since those days, he has built an outstanding reputation as a local, friendly, experienced sign maker and graphic artist, creating beautiful signs throughout Sonoma, Marin and Mendocino counties. He has created beautiful murals all over the coastal region. He founded Petaluma Sign Company and maintains a principal interest in the company. John's passion, now as a one-person operation, is creating truly beautiful signs that will attract the customers you want, by subtly telling a bit of a story about who you are, and what you're selling.
